We have noticed that some customers would like to buy one or two panels immediately but retain the option of expanding to more panels in the future.  If you install an end unit and then want to expand your installation, the end unit needs to be removed from one location and reinstalled in another.

Luckily, GLE Solar offers a solution for these customers.  With our U-connector pipe fitting, a middle unit can be converted into an end unit, either temporarily or for the life of the unit.  If you are using a middle unit with a U-connector when you decide to expand, the connector can be easily removed and the added unit will be connected in its place.
